As an HR Generalist focusing on HR data, you will join Gini’s People & Culture (P&C) team. You describe yourself as an experienced HR generalist who prefers strategic and procedural topics and can quickly work on tasks due to your can-do mentality. At the same time, working with data is your passion. With the help of quick HR analyses, you bring the P&C area at Gini to the next level.

Your playing field at Gini

Process Optimisation & HR Data Management:

• You love working with data and can quickly create and interpret HR analyses (e.g. recruiting and HR KPIs, performance management data, quarterly engagement survey)
• You use your HR analyses to uncover the potential for improvements and polish HR processes to foster scalability, efficiency, and ISO compliance
• You contribute to strategic projects from an HR analytics and HR controlling perspective

First Contact Person & Hiring Support:

• You are the go-to person for HR-related questions for our employees and quickly respond to their various requests
• You develop a retention strategy by being close to employees, listening to their needs, and using your HR data analyses
• You drive the development of an exciting workplace culture where employee performance is supported and enhanced effectively
• You support hiring by managing a maximum of two positions during peak periods and collaborating with our recruiter while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Skills to be successful

• You are fluent in German and English in verbal and written form (C1)
• You bring 6+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, and modern environment
• You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools
• You are capable of aligning HR data analytics with our business strategy and bring strong communication skills to present complex HR data in a clear and understandable manner
• You bring operational expertise in hiring to support our recruiter in peak times
• Your way of working can be described as proactive, analytical, and well-structured
• You build and foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with your stakeholders at all levels within the organization
