We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our banking, e-commerce, and insurance solutions. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, validate new ideas, and enhance our product offerings. Your strategic insights will help shape our roadmap, improve product-market fit, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Your playing field at Gini

• You engage with current and prospective customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities
• You conduct market research to validate new product ideas and guide strategic decisions
• You define and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs and business objectives
• You collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to bring new features to life
• You continuously improve existing products and user joruneys  by leveraging customer feedback and market trends
• You lead product discovery, testing, and validation to ensure the development of impactful solutions
• You support sales and marketing teams with clear product positioning and compelling value propositions

Skills to be successful

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within banking, payments, or insurance
• You possess strong expertise in product discovery and validation techniques
• You have experience conducting customer research and leading user interviews
• You are creative in developing new growth strategies
• You have a proven track record of increasing conversion, retention, and revenue
• You excel in managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1)
• You are customer-focused and leverage data-driven decision-making
• You are proactive, self-sufficient, and thrive in solving complex challenges
• You are a strong communicator who can influence and align cross-functional teams
• You are passionate about technology and continuously seek innovation

Nice-to-have:

• You bring knowledge of Open Banking, AI-based data extraction, or fraud detection
• You have experience with API-based products and SDK development
