We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to support our largest banking clients – and in the future also insurance companies and e-commerce businesses. You will be the central point of contact, build long-term relationships, and ensure the optimal use of our solutions. Your playing field at Gini
- Customer Support: You are the main contact for our largest banking clients – and in the future also for insurance and e-commerce companies. You understand their needs and ensure our solutions are used optimally
- Relationship Management: You build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Data Analysis: You monitor and analyze customer data, identify usage patterns, and proactively recognize opportunities for optimization
- Onboarding: You guide new customers through a structured onboarding process and ensure a successful start with our products
- Training: You conduct workshops and training sessions to help customers’ employees make the most of our solutions
- Feedback Management: You collect customer feedback and pass it on to our internal teams to continuously improve our products
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: You identify opportunities to expand cooperation through additional products or services
- Strategic Growth: You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our Customer Success department
Skills to be successfull
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Key Account Management, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have experience and a network in the financial services industry (a plus)
- You are proficient in data analysis tools and make data-driven decisions
- You have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken in German (C2 level) and English
- You have a strong ability to build and maintain trust-based customer relationships over the long term
- You have a solid technical understanding of software solutions and their implementation for customers
