We're looking for a UI\/UX Designer (m\/f\/d)<\/strong> who enjoys solving complex design challenges, takes ownership from discovery to delivery, and thrives in a collaborative product environment. You'll work across our Insights and Extraction Platform product teams, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while helping us establish scalable design processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role is about much more than creating beautiful interfaces. You'll shape end-to-end user experiences, challenge assumptions with research and data, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and help raise the design bar across teams. If you enjoy switching between products, thinking strategically, and turning complex requirements into intuitive experiences, you'll feel right at home.<\/span><\/p>\n
