He is ending his role as managing director and will remain a shareholder in the company. His co-managing director, Alexander J\u00e4ger, will continue to lead the company as sole CEO with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

Holger Teske founded Gini GmbH 14 years ago with two colleagues and developed the company into a strong and innovative partner for German banks and savings banks. The company has recently achieved its first success in the private health insurance sector.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has been a fulfilling and enriching time, and I am proud of what we have achieved together with our great team,\u201d <\/em>says Holger Teske. \u201cThe company is in an excellent position. Now is the right time for me to step back from the operational side of the business. After taking some time off with my family, I will move on to new challenges.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Alexander J\u00e4ger, who has been with Gini GmbH for three years and has been managing the company together with Teske for the past year, will drive the company’s further development.<\/p>\n

We are entering the next phase of our company’s growth. We will continue to focus on our strengths of customer intimacy and innovation and open up new areas of business.
