\nOur office is located in a new energy-efficient building, which is equipped with the latest technical standards in addition to amenities such as a roof terrace.
\nOur sunny roof terrace is particularly popular. Here you can take lunch breaks together or hold meetings. Our outdoor area is always available for an after-work drink or a team event.<\/p>\n
We take the health and well-being of our employees very seriously – which is why we want to offer them the best possible support.
\nOur height-adjustable desks allow our employees to customise their working position. They can choose whether they prefer to work sitting or standing. This flexibility helps prevent back and neck problems and promotes blood circulation.
\nOf course, our desks come with matching ergonomic chairs, with good padding, adjustable arm and backrests, and an adjustable seat height.
\nFurthermore, our Benefit Jobbike is a great way to promote the mobility of our employees and at the same time contribute to environmental protection. With the Jobbike, the Ginis can comfortably cycle to work and stay fit at the same time.<\/p>\n
It is important to us to support all Ginis in integrating a balanced diet into their daily work routine.
\nIn our office, there is a snack to suit every taste. From a muesli bar with 9 different varieties, to a regional fruit basket, to a well-stocked fridge with milk (alternatives), snacks and drinks that can be helped at any time.
\nFor all coffee lovers who need a change from our coffee machine in the office, there is a barista bar in our light-flooded inner courtyard that offers delicious coffee and healthy snacks.
\nDuring the lunch break, the business restaurant “New Taste” on the ground floor takes care of our physical well-being – vegetarians and vegans also have a large selection of delicious dishes here. And the best thing is: Gini subsidises each of our lunches with 3\u20ac.<\/p>\n
