You will be joining the “Consulting Specialists Institute” (CSI), which consults our various product teams to enable them to create phenomenal solutions for our partners.
Your mission as a passionate recruiting expert is to take over the whole recruiting life cycle while cooperating with our hiring leads and ensuring high-quality experiences for our candidates to act as a gatekeeper of Gini's values-driven culture.

Your playing field at Gini
- You are responsible for the whole recruiting life cycle and cooperate with hiring leads
- You evaluate and improve Gini's recruiting process to create a unique candidate journey fitting our company values
- You attract and identify candidates and represent Ginis as a great employer
- You are an active part in developing internal hiring workshops and training
- You take over the monthly syncs with Strategy and act as a bridge between Strategy and our People Experience team
- You own relevant hiring KPIs, define milestones, and implement them to achieve the goals
- You develop the strategic recruiting and create a recruiting strategy
Skills to be successful
- You have deep expertise and proven experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle
- You have 6+ years of experience in a recruiting role in a tech-environment
- You are a born networker and have a nurtured network in the German and/or international tech scene
- You have great communication skills in English and German (B2 as a minimum in both languages)
- You are a to-the-point communicator and an open-minded person with a great people orientation
- You have a structured way of working and can prioritize a variety of tasks while keeping a cool head
- You like working in a team, enjoy taking responsibilities, and working independently in an agile environment
- You have a strategic mindset, can think ahead, and use data as your foundation to make decisions
