Your mission as Senior HR Manager is to act as the natural leader for our People & Culture Team (P&C) and to impress with your strong hands-on mentality. You always have an overview of all topics in the team and act as a sparring partner for your colleagues. Due to your seniority, you are the first point of contact for all HR and labor law questions and work operationally in recruiting and/or in the area of learning & development.

Your playing field at Gini
- You act as a natural leader of Gini's People & Culture Team (P&C) and contribute to a great working atmosphere
- You work closely with Giniʼs Strategy Team, create and implement an HR strategy, and ensure that it is aligned with the company strategy
- You support your colleagues as a sparring partner with targets, milestones, and KPIs
- You have an overview of all P&C topics, align them with each other, and ensure that the team can work efficiently
- You help out operational in Recruiting and/or Learning & Development
- You create and improve HR processes so Gini is prepared for scaling up and ensure P&C work is transparent within Gini
- You are the single point of contact for all Ginis when it comes to HR and labor law questions
- You follow HR & New Work trends and regularly bring impulses to the P&C team
Skills to be successful
- You bring 10+ years of experience in HR inclusive leadership routine, ideally in dynamic, self-organized, modern organizations
- Your leadership mindset follows the principle: you support and enable the team to reach their highest potential by acting as a role model and sparring partner and using your coaching skill
- You have solid (German) labor law knowledge
- You bring operational experience in Recruiting and/or Learning & Development and would like to continue to have a strong hands-on role
- You bring a positive, can-do, and strong hands-on mindset
- Your great people orientation and high empathy make you successful in your roles
- Your way of working can be described as proactive, independent, and well structured
- You impress with your great communication and consulting skills; coaching skills are a plus
- Your language skills are very fluent in German and English in verbal and written form - C1 in one language/B2 in the other language
