As a Junior Technical Solution Consultant, you’ll support our Gini partners (Banking, Insurance & E-Commerce) in implementing and operating our technical solutions. You’ll work closely with experienced Technical Account Managers, the platform team, and colleagues from Mobile, Backend, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their technical consulting career who is eager to learn and grow.

Your playing field at Gini

  • You act as a first-level contact for technical support requests, handling routine issues and standard integration questions
  • You support customers by tracking tickets, providing status updates, and escalating issues when needed
  • You assist with SDK, API, and feature integrations in close collaboration with Senior Technical Account Managers
  • You help with QA testing and validation during product releases and integration phases
  • You maintain and update technical documentation, e.g. for bug fixes, releases, and platform changes
  • You support backend configuration tasks such as credential setup and onboarding preparations
  • You contribute to process improvements, data maintenance, and monitoring activities
  • Over time, you take responsibility for a small number of customer accounts and support technical calls and reviews together with senior colleagues

Skills to be successful

  • First professional experience (1–2 years) in customer support, technical support, IT, or a related role
  • A basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and technical systems
  • Initial knowledge of backend and/or mobile development is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong customer focus, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented, open-minded attitude
  • Interest in automation and process optimization and willingness to develop these skills further
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken, at least B2 level)
