As an HR Manager, you will be part of the People & Culture (P&C) team at Gini. You describe yourself as an experienced HR all-rounder who prefers to focus on strategic and procedural topics and can quickly complete tasks due to your hands-on mentality. With the help of quick HR analyses, you will take the P&C area at Gini to the next level.

Process Optimization & Retention

• You optimize our HR processes by analyzing current workflows and finding ways to improve scalability, efficiency, and ISO compliance
• You are eager to delve into our HR data and create insightful reports (recruiting, performance management data, engagement surveys)
• You develop a retention strategy by maintaining close relationships with employees, listening to their needs, and utilizing your HR data analyses
• You drive the development of an engaging workplace culture that effectively supports and enhances employee performance

First Point of Contact & Hiring Support

• You are our employees' first point of contact for HR-related questions and quickly resolve their inquiries
• You support our hiring process by managing up to two open positions during peak phases and collaborating with our recruiter to ensure a positive and unique candidate experience

Skills to be successful

• You are fluent in German and English in verbal and written form (C1)
• You bring 4 years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, and modern environment
• You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel and HR analytics tools
• You are capable of aligning HR analyses with our business strategy and you have strong communication skills to present complex HR processes
• You bring operational expertise in hiring to support our recruiter in peak times
• Your way of working can be described as proactive, analytical, and well-structured
• You build and foster positive relationships and work collaboratively with your stakeholders at all levels within the organization
