Founded in 2011 Gini is a well-established award-winning FinTech company disrupting the banking, accounting, and insurance sector. Our most well-known product is our photo payment software assistant. With this and our other products, we want to enhance everyone’s quality of life - by automating tedious, mindless tasks. We're building a talent pool for entrepreneurs in residence who want to join our new venture team. This pool aims to have freelance experts ready to enable our business models to make the jump between the Discovery and Validation phases swiftly.

Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial experience and a passion for developing new brand products. While fintech experience is a plus, meeting specific technical requirements will be crucial. Your playing field at Gini

  • You create relationships with potential new customers
  • You own the sales process by selling our product to potential new customers
  • You run a sales pipeline, nurturing it with new leads and following up with existing ones
  • You run experiments (mostly interviews/presentations) that allow for gathering new evidence in desirability and viability
  • You help us translate the evidence we gather into business cases for merchants and support building those for banks as well
  • You design high-quality sales pitches incorporating innovation, business case, and technology

Skills to be successful

  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B software sales ideally in fintech payment, or related products
  • You have demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing technology projects with enterprise customers
  • You are the creative and innovative salesperson: you have the ability to develop your own pitches, create business cases, and think outside the box to progress deals
  • You possess a good understanding of payment products and their industry
  • You have experience in value selling, building sustainable partnerships, and interacting with C-Level executives
  • You are an effective communicator who excels at convincing people about innovative products
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English, German is a big plus
