You will be joining the “Consulting Specialists Institute,” which consults our various product teams to enable them to create phenomenal solutions for our partners.
As an accounting clerk, you are responsible for the hands-on topics in our finance department.

Your playing field at Gini
- You check and allocate incoming invoices to accounts
- You obtain approvals for incoming invoices (system-supported - DMS)
- You are responsible for payment transactions
- You support our external payroll department in the payroll process
- You check and instruct the payment of expense reports
- You work closely with our outer accounting office as well as internal departments (e.g., HR and Sales)
- You monitor the list of open items (debit-side, credit-side)
- You perform general administrative accounting tasks
- You provide ad-hoc evaluations
Skills to be successful
- You have a commercial education or similar degree
- You have 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience in payroll accounting or in the support of payroll accounting is an advantage
- You have a certain degree of IT affinity
- You are confident in using common systems
- You have a very structured way of working and are reliable
- You are self-motivated and proactive - you do not wait for others to approach you first
- You have very good communication skills in German and English (both min. B2)
